We offer guaranteed next working day delivery on all our cues over £30 ordered before 3pm. Other items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (unless otherwise stated) which should arrive the next day. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday, however we can NOT guarantee Saturday delivery. 90% of order placed before 3pm Friday will arrive Saturday. Orders received after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday for next day delivery.

Extra can be paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery at £2 per item, which provides a more reliable delivery time and insurance (please use the payment button below or contact us for assistance). Our normal delivery uses Royal Mail 1st Class Service Recorded Delivery, at between £1.50 and £3.99 per item, unless stated otherwise (3 to 5 day delivery sent by Standard Parcels).

We accept Worldwide and European orders for all half jointed cues, cases for half jointed cues and most accessories and you can order in the normal way. There is no extra delivery charge for overseas orders. Delivery is normally about 5 working days by Airmail. Please e-mail for information about delivery of 3/4 cues and 3/4 cases by courier.
